The Minister of Energy added: In the development phase of this project, the towns of Fahraj, Regan and Narmashir and 142 villages along the road will benefit from drinking water from the Nisa Dam.
He also highlighted the initiation of the sewage treatment plant project in the town of Sirjan and said: This project consists of 370 km of collection lines, 7 km of transmission lines and a modern sewage treatment plant. capacity of 26,550 cubic meters per day.
Regarding other open projects in Kerman province, Mehrabian said: In the field of electricity, several transmission lines and substations and plans to supply electricity to villages have been commissioned.
The Minister of Energy added: This afternoon, in the presence of the President, the gas unit of the Butia Steel power plant in Kerman, which is a class F power plant and has the production efficiency of highest electricity, will be inaugurated.
The President continued on other plans and construction projects of the province of Kerman: very good decisions were taken to supply water to different parts of the province.
Mehrabian added: Under the Jihad Water Supply Project, which has made 40% progress so far, and the progress of this project is also significant in Kerman Province, we are monitoring water issues. Water in different parts of the country from village to village and city to city.
In the continuation of his speech, the Minister of Energy also referred to the project of transferring water from the Arabian Sea to the province of Kerman and said: "The desalination road and the transfer line of seawater are also planned for the cities of Kerman and Rafsanjan, and in February last year The operational pickaxe of this plan fell to the ground.
In this regard, he added: So far, 64 kilometers of this line has been implemented with about 45% progress, and it will be fully operational by the end of the year.
Referring to the addition of several more cities to the destinations of the seawater transmission line in Kerman province, Mehrabian said: During this visit, it was decided that this plan will continue for the cities of Sirjan, Zarand and Anar.
