We have MoUs in the upstream and downstream sectors with companies like Gazprom in Russia, which we hope will turn into contracts soon.

The Minister of Oil continued: With the negotiations carried out by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, like other common areas that we are developing with our neighbors through negotiations, we hope to resolve the issues related to this area through negotiations with the Kuwaiti side.
Regarding the latest measures regarding Miankala Petrochemical, Oji reminded: Every project in the country that has received clearance from the Environmental Protection Organization will be implemented.
He also clarified regarding the export of gas condensates: the sale of gas condensates was one of the concerns of this government at the start of its work; Unfortunately, under the previous government, we had almost 78 million barrels of gas condensate on the water.
It was also suggested in this regard that the correspondence of the former Minister of Oil with the former president and Ibrahim Raïssi, head of the 13th government, regarding the purchase of 12 ships to store gas condensates, was available.
The Minister of Oil continued: With the start of the 13th government and Tash Jihadi in the Ministry of Oil, we have found favorable markets in this sector, both the consumption of gas condensates has increased in the country and we have found very favorable markets in the export sector. .
Oji announced that Iran's production of gas condensate is close to 700-750 thousand barrels per day and said: When it comes to gas condensate, apart from the fact that we do not have barrels on the water, the obligations and the expenses we have in this sector are more than our production.
He said about the government's plan to complete the value chain: Over the last two decades, no attention has been given by governments, especially in the value chain sector, especially in the petrochemical sector, and most investments have been made in commodity production. parent materials or petrochemical industries, but in this government, fortunately, many projects have been identified and studies have been carried out, and the implementation of some of these projects has been initiated largely by the private sector.
Stating that we plan to enter the value chain as much as possible by the end of the 13th government, because entry into the value chain sector is not allowed, the Oil Minister said: entering these sectors will generate good foreign exchange, create jobs, prevent crude sales and achieve a resilient economy.
Stating that despite the sanctions, more than 212 foreign companies participated in this exhibition, Oji added: Sanctions will gradually become meaningless and ineffective for Iran's oil and gas industry.
Thanks to the efforts of 10,000 oil industry experts, we have been able to achieve good results in this sector.
In terms of exports, we will export wherever we want.
Referring to the good growth in production, he also said: the growth of the economic group and gas tanker, according to central bank data, was more than 10% in 1400 and 1401, indicating the highest economic growth compared to others. economic groups, and the reason is clear: because the production of oil and gas, petroleum products and petrochemicals has increased.
