Iran and Iraq's trade capacity is $30 billion.
Chairman of the Iran-Iraq Joint Chamber of Commerce said: Total trade between Iran and Iraq can reach $30 billion, and it is sometimes said that it is possible to increase it to $30 billion.

Today, Yahya Al-Ishaq said at the Conference on Sustainable Development Solutions for Iran-Iraq Trade 2025: Iran-Iraq trade relations are a short-term and long-term strategic relationship, and the volume of trade between Iran and Iraq can reach 20 billion dollars, and it is sometimes said that it is possible to increase it to 30 billion dollars, although this is not a slogan and that it is entirely achievable.
Our economic operators, service providers and industrialists can make the most of their commercial relations with Iraq.
Chairman of Iran-Iraq Joint Chamber of Commerce added: We had the opportunity to export to CIS countries in the past, but we missed it, so we should not miss this related business opportunity to Iraq.
Stressing that the Iraqi market will have the best export opportunities in the next 15 years, he said: But these opportunities are achievable, especially since we have fierce competitors who seek to take away this advantage once the Iraq will be secure.
So it is difficult to benefit from these markets, and therefore, to benefit from this vast market, we must act according to the facts, otherwise we will lose it.
Al-Ishaq said that to succeed in the Iraqi market, three conditions are necessary: real knowledge, spirit and determination and professional action, and said: It is necessary to know the realities of the Iraqi market in relation to our own situation and if we do not update it, we will not achieve results.
Furthermore, more than 50% of market success depends on the determination of economic activists, and you certainly cannot enter this market with half-hearted determination.
The Chairman of the Iran-Iraq Joint House said: Last year, despite all the problems, we exported $11 billion to Iraq, so those who can meet the requirements will succeed in this market.
He said: Taking advantage of the Iraqi market, like any other market, requires professional measures, and it is necessary for organizations and institutions to provide work related to the development of business with this country.
Therefore, to succeed and expand trade with Iraq, economic actors and government sectors must take appropriate measures, while private sector activists must accept the risk of this and trade markets.
