Mehdi Dighmi, head of the Trade Development Organization, met and spoke with Abdullah bin Saud Al-Anzi, the Saudi Ambassador to Tehran.
The objective of these negotiations, which were carried out through the efforts of the Iran-Saudi Fund for the Development of Investments and Employment Opportunities, was planning for the start and development of trade relations between Iran and Saudi Saudi Arabia, and the parties welcomed the sending of business delegations to Iran and Aristan stressed the need for an active presence, especially in the exhibitions of the opposing country.
During this meeting, while welcoming the Saudi ambassador and expressing hope for the development of trade relations between the two countries, Zaighmi highlighted the trade interactions between the two countries in the field of new and high-tech technologies.
He said: Considering Saudi Arabia's future plans and this country's plans and investments, trade in the field of new technologies can benefit both countries.
The head of the Trade Development Organization also expressed interest in the presence of Iranian companies at the health, food and petrochemical industry fairs of Saudi Arabia and asked the ambassador of this country to prepare Iran's presence in the form of a pavilion at these fairs. exhibitions.
He further expressed his hope to see trade delegations of Saudi businessmen in Iran and demanded the exchange of lists of businessmen between the two countries.
Abdullah bin Saud Al-Anzi, the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia, welcomed this proposal and said: Regarding the proposal to participate in Saudi exhibitions, preparations will be made through the exchange of the list of traders.
