Les exportations ne devraient pas être favorisées par la respiration artificielle Ministre de l'Economie : La balance commerciale du Cachelor au cours des 8 premiers mois de cette année était positive de plus de 10 milliards de dollars. Seyyed Ahsan
Economy Minister : Cachelor's trade balance during the first 8 months of this year was positive by more than 10 billion dollars. Seyyed Ahsan Khandozi, Minister of Economy and Finance, during a speech at the conference on "non-oil exports" in Tabriz, described this city as a trade center and leader of the economy and said : First, we must see where we remain on the path, and second, we must see which path we should take. The government and the private sector must go together, and the third axis is that of the obstacles that slow down our movement.

Khandozi further announced and explained the foreign trade statistics for the 8 months of 2023: During these 8 months, we had a total of 24.7 million tonnes of imports worth 42.1 billion of dollars ; In terms of weight, our imports increased by around 4% and in terms of value, by around 12%. In the 8 months of this year, in terms of non-oil exports, we had 90 million tonnes. more than 32 billion dollars in value, which compared to last year, 27 The percentage increase in weight and 1.6% in value increased.
Pointing out that the country's trade balance in the first 8 months of this year was positive by more than $10 billion, he stressed: If we take into account oil, a significant part of our non-oil trade deficits is caused by price field events in the economy between At the international level, not the national level, for example, petrochemicals, which represent a major share of our non-oil exports, saw a 40% drop in their prices worldwide.
The Minister of Economy said: We had 27% more non-oil exports than last year by weight, but the drop in world prices meant that we did not have much increase in terms of value.
Khandozi said: The second point is the exchange relationship, and the lack of complexity in the Iranian economy due to technology has caused the average value of a fixed weight of exported goods to be less than the number of imports. For example, bulk products are exported and, compared to a mobile phone, or products with more advanced technology are imported with more foreign exchange.
He said: We must be careful not to take the wrong path and give ourselves the wrong address on the path to transition to a non-oil, export-oriented economy.
He continues: But where are the stray animals? In the experiences we have had in East Asia and other parts of the world, they distinguish between good and evil; That is, if economies seek competitiveness, they should evolve on the basis of their internal empowerment, of course, not in the sense of being confined within borders, but in the sense that the roots of competitiveness must be within an economy. and they should not resort to artificial respiration or assistance.
