Iran's South Pars harvest 20% higher than Qatar's.
South Pars Phase 13 and 14 Project Manager Nirpars-Mapna said: In terms of the share of the South Pars gas field area, almost one third of the area belongs to Iran and the rest to Qatar, but now, after the opening of the 35 phases of the South Pars gas field, our extraction is about 20% more than that of Qatar.

Project Manager of South Pars Phases 13 and 14, Nir Pars-Mapna, said at a press conference on South Pars Phases 13 and 14: Around 700 million cubic meters of gas are produced in South Pars .
In terms of the share of the South Pars gas field area, almost one third of the area belongs to Iran and the rest to Qatar, but now, after the opening of the 35 phases of the South Pars gas field, our extraction is about 20% more than that of Qatar.
Ali Pahlavan continued: If we check the early harvest of the South Pars field, Qatar reached this number earlier and we were able to increase our number with a delay.
Of course, due to Qatar's actions and the contracts it has with European companies, they may soon take more from us. They want to use horizontal pipelines in these contracts.
The head of the 13th and 14th phases of the South Pars Nirpars-Mapna project said: Of course, due to the reduction of the reservoir in Iran, a project called boosting has been defined, and we are also trying to enter this category and help the Iranian oil and gas company.
Based on the actions of Nirpars in South Pars, the oil and gas company actually sees us as a solution.
Pahlavan continued: In the discussion on pressurization of marine wells, due to Mapna Group's in-house production and experience gained here, the oil and gas company wants us to be one of the main pressurization options in the Iranian project.
The director of South Pars phases 13 and 14 of Nirpars-Mapna emphasized: Iran does not yet have this technology, but Mapna, through Nir Pars, announced its willingness to work for the first time on this question as a knowledge-based question, and now, a team of our engineers at Nirpars seeks to advance the engineering department in cooperation with Toga and Meco companies.
Pahlavan said: In 2009, when we started working, most of the people involved in oil and gas in the country explained why Mapna came here to start a refinery.
That same day, we all swore to prove that Nirpars could do this.
