The Deputy Minister of Oil for Refining and Distribution Affairs emphasized: 450 hectares of the special economic zone have been allocated for the establishment of processing units, and an additional 450 hectares will be allocated next to this complex.
The work camp and equipment of the design workshop were also made in such a way that there would be no shortage of contractors in the event of the start of executive operations.
Emphasizing that the studies and evaluation of the Shahid Soleimani Petrorefinery construction project are carried out by the National Iranian Petroleum Engineering and Construction Company, Salari said: We hope to start executive operations in the coming months and after the location.

The Shahid Soleimani Petrorefinery land transfer agreement was signed between the Mines and Mining Industries Development and Modernization Organization (IMIDRO) and Shahid Soleimani Petrorefinery Company.
Based on this contract, 450 hectares of land in the special economic zone will be provided to Shahid Soleimani Refining Company for the construction of the Shahid Soleimani Petrorefinery.
