In response to another question from ILNA on why India chose to export donated wheat to Afghanistan via Pakistan instead of Shahid Beheshti port in Chabahar and why India changed its approach to transit policy, the deputy director of the Trade Development Organization said: Although the issue of the contract was blocked, in order to use his tools and put pressure on Iran, he preferred change the transit route to Pakistan, but it also paid for the increased costs and it was not profitable for India.
But now India has returned to the deal and all these issues will be resolved.
Qanadzadeh added: Our country's Ministry of Roads and Urban Development is taking action and the governments have reached an agreement.
Stating that part of Indian investments in the development of Chabahar have started and are underway, he said: Indian investments are underway, but they are not yet complete.

Free trade is a very difficult and complicated task and it is not possible to say when free trade between Iran and Pakistan will start and after 7 years the negotiations will be difficult.
