Following this meeting, the Secretary of the Supreme Council of Free and Special Economic Zones designated the two elements of culture and economic progress as the main mission of the Secretariat of the Supreme Council and the organizations of the country's free zones and noted : Our goal is to facilitate and create social and cultural contexts in free zones for the economic progress of the country. .
The director of the Research Institute of Culture and Islamic Thought also said at this meeting: Free zones are more exposed to cultural damage due to their location, and this issue doubles the responsibility of work in these areas.
Ayatollah Ali Akbar Rashad, in addition to cooperation in the field of socio-cultural ties in free zone projects, announced the full availability of the Economic Committee of the Research Institute of Islamic Culture and Thought to assist the zone organizations frank and special economical.
It is worth mentioning that this cooperation memorandum is structured in 9 articles and 2 notes, among which its objectives include the development of cultural and social annexes for business plans, industry and production, international trade, health and well-being, tourism, artistic culture in free and special economic activities, as well as the development of a comprehensive cultural and social program for the headquarters and executive bodies of the secretariat and regions.
