Amirkabir University's preparation to examine barriers to productivity based on new technologies.
Director of Amirkabir University: Highlighting the importance of production, he said: this university is ready to cooperate to investigate the obstacles to production based on new technologies.

Alireza Rahai meets emerging technologies; Productivity needs, transition from traditional economy to digital and platform economy, he added: productivity benefits and uncertainties need to be examined.
Of course, at the university level, studies have been carried out on productivity and have produced certain results.
But depending on the overall conditions, its pathology and analysis, there is a need to modify the trends and bring about a change in this area.
During this meeting at the Information and Communication Technology Commission of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce, Rahai announced that the university was ready in this regard and it was decided that the secretariat (a new secretariat located in the Chamber of Commerce) should take more serious steps to provide content and prepare the agenda for future meetings.
The experts should also send their views on the regulations to the secretariat.
The president of the Fava Center for the Coordination of Knowledge, Industry and Market also said during this meeting at the Chamber of Commerce: Production needs to be rationalized. The production council approved the executive regulation of production on December 21, 1401, in the seventh article of this regulation, institutions were obliged to register their property information in the form of the SAD system; But it appears that no significant action has been taken in this area.
Daud Adib spoke about global experiences and said: This process has been carried out in other countries and we have seen their success, including France, Singapore, South Korea and Turkey.
Productivity has increased the level of income generation of these countries.
According to Adib's statements, only 10% of the projects put forward in Iran's executive production regulation were carried out over the past year, as they were only envisaged in the form of property sales; But property management is more important.
Reducing the size of government, the movement of goods, etc. should be a priority.
lack of information on government properties; An obstacle to achieving productivity
Ali Zand Vakili, consultant of the Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Security, also considered the lack of information on government assets as one of the reasons that hinder the movement of productivity, and pointed out that the government is in the process of identifying its assets.
In this way, it needs the cooperation of the registration body.
Some institutions are afraid to sell their property because it is said that during the management period, a person sold a property and their resources were spent on current affairs.
It is therefore better to abandon the sale of real estate and move towards improvement and clearing.
Babak Zarghami, consultant of the privatization organization, called the approach considered at the beginning of the production as property sale and said: the property sale approach was very important at the beginning of the case; But gradually the situation changed, because it seemed that the simple sale of properties did not lead to success in the productivity process.
This sale should therefore take place as part of the conversion of the property.
Iman Lotfi, Director of the Vice Chancellor's Co-Creation Center for Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, with a focus on developing the vision, mission, goals and the technology and innovation map for the secretariat and the role of institutions created within the vice chancellor for science, technology and knowledge-based economy under the title of acceleration centers giving and co -creating to achieve this goal, he added: The construction and promotion of culture in this area must be taken into consideration.
Shahram Hallaj, Advisor of Technical Services, Engineering and Construction Committee of the Iranian Chamber, also emphasized in this meeting: the production process must be carried out with a specialized look at the issue and check which project creates the more added value, so that the funds are directed towards these projects.
Countries should be able to move towards successful productivity; in this process, government assets  could be converted into money and offered on the competitive market. Clearing is therefore an exceptional matter and should not be the criterion for the work.
The structure and preparations necessary for production in countries like Singapore and France were put in place long before these countries could embark on successful production.
In this process, public assets must be converted into currency and offered in the competitive market. Compensation is therefore an exceptional issue and should not be a criterion.
Farshid Shekarkhodaei, Head of the Investment and Financing Commission of the Iranian Chamber, spoke about the existence of opaque and inaccurate data and information and said: Which is considered an obstacle to productivity at first time is the existence of incorrect and incomplete information. .
In the next step, the importance of accepting valuations from real estate and real estate experts is raised, which is not generally accepted.
He suggested that to start with the manufacturing plan, 10 samples from 10 different industries with different levels of development and from different locations be found and with them, private manufacturing companies be established as consultants to help put implement this plan more precisely.
On the other hand, we should prohibit the sale and turn the property into collateral and credit and offer it to the applicants.
