According to the announcement of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, the long-term investment contract of the Indian company to equip the Chabahar port is to be signed today. About 4 months have passed since the end of the short-term contract with the Indians.
 

According to the economic journalist of the Tasnim news agency, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development announced the signing of the IPGL India partnership agreement for the equipment and operation of the Shahid Beheshti port of Chabahar in the presence of the Minister of Roads and Urban Development and the Minister of Ports, Shipping and Inland Waterways of India today.
Since September last year, the Port and Maritime Organization began to announce several dates for the signing of the said contract. At the beginning of September last year, Ali Akbar Safai, referring to the status of the contract with the Indians in the Chabahar port, said: India is a great country with a very good economic future. An agreement was signed with this country, which was later modified. Since the beginning of the 13th government, all the problems of this contract have been resolved, and only one clause of this contract remains to be agreed between Iran and India, and it will be reviewed in less than a month .
