In an interview, Mohsen Rashid Farrokhi said that an average of 1,300,000 tons of dates are expected to be produced in the country this year, despite all the bad weather and pests, and said: This amount of production is enough to domestic consumption and even for export. ... he does it.
He continued: We hope that the government will consider measures this year to compensate for the shortcomings of the export sector and prevent the decisions of Khalq al-Saa', so that we can export 30 percent of production and have good foreign exchange . for the country.
The President of the Iranian Date Association added: Unfortunately, we see that during peak consumption seasons, banning the export of dates is the order of the day.

Stressing that it is possible to manage the date market during peak seasons, he said: Direct supply of dates to markets in different cities is one of the ways to control prices.
With the help of the Central Bank, it was decided to resolve the problems of returning foreign currency from exports.
In the end, he said: Last year, we exported about $300-350 million worth of dates, and if there was no export ban, this figure would have been even more pupil.
